JOB SUMMARY
? Entire Process development technical leader Including Process Define, Ball Parking List review, cost optimization from Project start to finish.
? Coordinate Design Review, DFM Review and document to optimize product design, process design and tooling design, Realizes sample tooling and product samples. Determines the most suitable manufacturing concepts related to planned manufacturing quantities, quality requirements and manufacturing location.
? Ensure each tools and processes are designed to be capable of producing good quality products efficiently and effectively at the lowest possible cost.
? Initiate and guide PFMEA design and update
? Leadership and trouble shooter for LVM process development, tooling, production, issues actions
? Launch project through FACA /QCPC at yield and rate, and Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
? Work within a cross-functional team consisting of various process experts.
? Provide Detail Process Definition and Requirements to Automation Team for Auto MC development
? Concept design for core assembly process and tooling, DOE Experiment Design
? Integrate feedback and lessons learned into next projects.
? Study or Introduce new technologies into process designs to maximize yield and efficiency.
? Challenge Product Design for Manufacturability and cost feasibility.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor of Science or above degree and engineering background.
? More than 8 years in Connector Assembly process development or automation development.
? Good team work and communication skills
? Skillful in using Auto-cad and Pro/e
? Knowledgeable of quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement
? English communication skill- Fluent in written and Spoken English.
? Good at analysis
