工作內(nèi)容:
-對客戶指令\票據(jù)進(jìn)行初步審核,完成數(shù)據(jù)(票據(jù)信息的錄入及與貿(mào)易服務(wù)產(chǎn)品設(shè)置相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)錄入。之后交付德銀員工進(jìn)行最終的復(fù)核及確認(rèn)并與客戶及相關(guān)部門的聯(lián)系;Supplier Operation staff will perform instruction delivery via
interal channel, instruction registration and validation per
requirement,perform draft validation as perrequirement and ensure drats are
wellreceived and in good order, transaction related processing and other trade
products maintenance andperform communication with client and other
counter-parties, DB staff will perform the final control/verification ofthe
processing.
-打印及整理文檔; Supplier
Operation staff will print, sort transactions and document filing where
applicable.
-供應(yīng)商員工負(fù)責(zé)按要求在表格\系統(tǒng)中記錄維護(hù)相關(guān)交易信息;Supplier Operation staff will record the related information
oftransaction in excelfile`system as per DB's requirement.
-供應(yīng)商員工負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)備報表; Supplier
Operation staff will assist to prepare transaction related reports against
thetransaction statistics data.
-查看交易狀態(tài);Supplier Operation staff will perform post
check oftransaction status.
-協(xié)助德銀員工進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)核對;Supplier Operation staff will assist
DB staff to perform transaction reconciliation
-協(xié)助郵件收發(fā)登記:Mailing assistance.
資質(zhì)Qualification
-Strong MS Excel and Word Skills-Familiar with MS-Access and
Visio.-Ability to work independently, flexible, adaptable andfast learner.
-Good communication, interpersonal and organizationalskills.
-Energetic, self-motivated and a team player.-Bachelor Degree or
equivalent with experience.-1-9 years or above Sector Experience in
FinancialServices, particularly Banking and/or prior Experienceas Business
Analyst preferred based on different serviceLevel.
-Good Command of Chinese and English Language.-Good, Excellent
analytical & problem-solving Skills,Logical and lateral thinking and High
attention to detailbased on different service Level.-Customer focus. Promotes
and priorities decisions oractions according to customer needs, encouraging
