1.Responsible for leading the team to manage the approved production customers and order management.

2.Coordinate with the Seitz team internally to handle customer requests, be responsible for answering customer questions, delivery times, and ensuring timely collection of payments.
與Seitz團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)處理客戶請求,負(fù)責(zé)向客戶解答問題、交貨時(shí)間,并負(fù)責(zé)按時(shí)回款。
3.Primary focus on customer service,handle existing customers.
負(fù)責(zé)高級客戶服務(wù),處理現(xiàn)有客戶商務(wù)問題。
4.Responsible for sales management, order management, logistics, transportation, inventory management, and collection of payments, etc..
負(fù)責(zé)銷售管理、訂單管理、物流、運(yùn)輸、庫存管理、收款等工作
5.Work on finding a balance between what the customer wants and what we can give to meet company targets.
努力在客戶的需求與我們能夠提供的資源之間找到平衡,以達(dá)成公司的目標(biāo)。

Education/Special Skill Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in leading a team is preferred.
本科以上學(xué)歷,有帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)3年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
2.Familiar with customs declaration procedures, with experience in import
and export, and with experience in managing foreign customers.
熟悉報(bào)關(guān)操作,有進(jìn)出口經(jīng)驗(yàn),有國外客戶管理經(jīng)歷。
3.Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
良好的英語和中文溝通能力;
4.Highly motivated and proactive, with strong sense of responsibility.

5.Work well with various people and can handle tough situation and
personalities.
