**主要職責(zé)**
? 在遷移階段，驗證數(shù)據(jù)攝入和歷史數(shù)據(jù)的完整性、一致性和準(zhǔn)確性。
? 確保新部署的運營影響在生產(chǎn)環(huán)境中得到審查和驗證。
? 確保數(shù)據(jù)適用于下游消費者使用（包括分析、報告、以及對賬差異解決方案的驗證）。
? 支持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量與保障團隊的遷移及后續(xù)運營工作。
? 監(jiān)控并執(zhí)行數(shù)據(jù)訪問控制，如個人數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)記和數(shù)據(jù)保留策略。
? 與數(shù)據(jù)工程師、生產(chǎn)支持/項目團隊緊密合作，確保達(dá)成運營關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)。
? 在遷移階段向利益相關(guān)者及時提供最新進展。
**必備技能**
? 4年以上數(shù)據(jù)運營、平臺支持或IT保障相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。
? 具備數(shù)據(jù)湖架構(gòu)和存儲格式的實用知識。
? 理解數(shù)據(jù)分區(qū)、模式演進和對賬流程。
? 精通SQL，能用于各類數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量檢查驗證。
? 能夠在遷移期間編寫腳本進行數(shù)據(jù)驗證和核查。
? 理解數(shù)據(jù)治理原則、元數(shù)據(jù)管理和監(jiān)管原則。
? 具備腳本編寫和自動化技能（精通使用Python的Spark、Hive）。

Position: Analyst Data Assurance
Experience: Minimum of 4 years
Role Summary
We are seeking for an experienced Operational Assurance Analyst to oversee and ensure
smooth operations, reliability, compliance and performance of our enterprise-wide data lake
infrastructure migration project. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in data
operations, monitoring, governance, and data quality assurance within big data environments.
The resource will work with internal teams to ensure all the relevant verification and controls are
in place during the migration phase.
Key Responsibilities
? Validate data completeness, consistency and accuracy across ingestion and history data
during migration phase
? Ensure that Operations impacts of new deployments are reviewed and verified in production
? Ensure data is fit for use by downstream consumers (Analytic, reporting, Validation of
resolutions provided for recon breaks)
? Support the migration and ongoing operations of the Data Quality and Assurance team
? Monitor and enforce data access controls like Personal Data tagging and data retention
policies
? Work closely with Data engineers and Production support /project teams to ensure the
Operational KPI are met
? Provide timely update to stakeholders during the migration phase
Required Skills
? 4+ years in data operations, platform support or IT assurance roles.
? Working knowledge on data lake architecture and storage formats
? Understanding of data partitioning, schema evolution and reconciliation
? String proficiency in SQL for any Data quality checks verification
? Ability to write scripts for Data validation and verification during the migration
? Understanding of data governance principle, metadata management and regulatory
principles
? Scripting and Automations skills (expertise in Spark, Hive using python)
? Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills
