崗位職責(zé)Job Duty: 1、According company’s development,assisted to draft and implement the C&B plan, and improve the compensation and benefits management system; 根據(jù)公司發(fā)展規(guī)劃,參與協(xié)助制定實(shí)施公司薪酬福利方案,完善薪酬福利管理體系; 2、Manage employee files for on-boarding, off-boarding, movement, and update to the HR datas; 員工入職、離職、調(diào)動(dòng)等人事變動(dòng)管理,及時(shí)更新人員信息; 2、Attendance、payroll and bonus calculation and payout, ensure 100% accuracy and timely. 負(fù)責(zé)員工考勤統(tǒng)計(jì)、工資、獎(jiǎng)金的核算和發(fā)放,各項(xiàng)福利費(fèi)用,人工成本的統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,確保工資發(fā)放的準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí); 3、Social Insurance、Housing Fund and Tax declaration for compensation, apply for social insurance and housing fund benefits, ensure HR policies complied with labor law and related policies; 社保、公積金及個(gè)人所得稅計(jì)算、申報(bào)工作,社保、公積金各項(xiàng)待遇申領(lǐng)辦理手續(xù),確保HR政策符合國(guó)家和當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī); 4、Draft C&B and HR budgeting、analysis reports and provide rationalization suggestions related to salary and benefits; 編制人力成本年度預(yù)算編制、分析和統(tǒng)計(jì)工作,監(jiān)控人力成本,提供薪酬福利相關(guān)分析報(bào)告和合理化建議; 5、Performance Appraisal revised and implement, collecting performance reports from departments and develop performance indicators 協(xié)助績(jī)效考核方案修定與實(shí)施,收集各部門(mén)的考核報(bào)告,制定績(jī)效考核指標(biāo); 任職要求Requirement: 1、Bachelor degree and major in Human Resource, Management and Economic or related,CET-4 is prefered; 本科以上學(xué)歷,人力資源、管理類(lèi)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè),通過(guò)CET-4優(yōu)先考慮; 2、3-5 years payroll and life cycle experiences; experience of HR data maintenance and analysis is plus; 3-5年以上薪資計(jì)算發(fā)放、員工入離職處理等相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn);有數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)、分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮; 3、Familiar with labor law and related policies, for example social insurance、housing fund,individual income tax and so on; 熟悉國(guó)家勞動(dòng)人事法規(guī)政策,例如社保、公積金、個(gè)稅等; 4、Data analysis skill, fluent in Microsoft Office 具備數(shù)據(jù)分析能力、熟練運(yùn)用excel、word、ppt等辦公軟件; 5、Work in carefully、confidential and under pressure, good communication, coordination and independence. 工作細(xì)心、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),保密意識(shí)和抗壓能力強(qiáng),具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力與獨(dú)立工作能力。
