崗位內(nèi)容： 1、對(duì)客服和銷(xiāo)售同事遇到的疑難問(wèn)題提供專(zhuān)業(yè)支持和幫助； 2、協(xié)助客服和銷(xiāo)售為客戶(hù)制作物流方案拓展客戶(hù)； 3、統(tǒng)籌、拓展物流業(yè)務(wù)供應(yīng)商資源； 4、協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)及操作同事與供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行協(xié)商溝通。
任職要求 ： 1.、大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷；英文能力優(yōu)秀者優(yōu)先考慮； 2、精通國(guó)際物流實(shí)務(wù)，熟悉操作流程，物流管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理、國(guó)際物經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)者優(yōu)先 3、有3年或以上國(guó)際物流業(yè)務(wù)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有操作崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；熟悉華東華南市場(chǎng)行情， 4、具備豐富的同行溝通經(jīng)驗(yàn)；熟悉國(guó)際物流行業(yè)內(nèi)多種相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)（如整柜、拼箱、空運(yùn)、保稅倉(cāng)、電商專(zhuān)線(xiàn)、特種柜散雜貨等）； 5、有3年或以上國(guó)際貨代商務(wù)部經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 6、具備客服或銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先 7、良好的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)籌分析能力 8、良好的計(jì)算機(jī)辦公軟件使用能力 、
