崗位職責(zé):
  1.銷售支持:
  A.深入理解了解公司產(chǎn)品及技術(shù)方案,配合代理商完成客戶技術(shù)溝通,拜訪等;
  B.配合FAE人員提供方案,進(jìn)行講解和技術(shù)答疑;
  2.代理商管理:
  A.日常問(wèn)題溝通,及時(shí)處理技術(shù)方案,報(bào)價(jià),交付及售后問(wèn)題;
  B.規(guī)律性執(zhí)行月會(huì),季度會(huì),督促銷售目標(biāo)達(dá)成;
  C.對(duì)代理商進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用培訓(xùn),促銷政策宣導(dǎo);
  3.市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷:
  A.提前溝通規(guī)劃負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)的展會(huì)、論壇,并跟進(jìn)營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)中獲取的商機(jī);
  B.組織召開產(chǎn)品發(fā)布會(huì);
  C.結(jié)合線上及線下營(yíng)銷方式在所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)進(jìn)行宣傳;
  D.市場(chǎng)信息收集;
  E.競(jìng)品信息收集;
  F.收集市場(chǎng)新趨勢(shì);
  4.項(xiàng)目管理:
  訂單錄入,生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度跟進(jìn)及發(fā)貨計(jì)劃;
  5.其他:完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
  1. Sales Support: 
  A. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and technical solutions, and collaborate with agents to facilitate technical discussions and customer visits. 
  B. Collaborate with FAE personnel to deliver technical solutions, explanations, and support. 
  2. Agent Management: 
  A. Communicate and resolve daily issues in a timely manner, including technical solutions, quotations, delivery schedules, and after-sales support. 
  B. Conduct regular monthly and quarterly meetings to monitor and drive the achievement of sales targets. 
  C. Deliver product application training and provide guidance on promotional policies to agents. 
  3. Marketing: 
  A. Coordinate and plan exhibitions and industry forums in the designated region in advance, and follow up on business opportunities generated through marketing activities. 
  B. Organize and host product launch events. 
  C. Promote company products within the designated region using a combination of online and offline marketing strategies. 
  D. Collect and analyze market-related information. 
  E. Gather and evaluate competitive intelligence. 
  F. Monitor and report on emerging market trends. 
  4. Project Management: 
  Manage order entry, track production progress, and coordinate shipping schedules. 
  5. Miscellaneous: 
  Carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

  溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強(qiáng),專業(yè)分析能力強(qiáng), 業(yè)務(wù)敏感,客戶導(dǎo)向,邏輯能力強(qiáng),執(zhí)行力強(qiáng);
  B.學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn):
  a.須在總部接受3-6個(gè)月產(chǎn)品相關(guān)、專業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí)培訓(xùn);
  b.出口政策,出口流程;
  c.本崗位業(yè)務(wù)提升所需的其他專業(yè)知識(shí)等;
  3.其他要求:
  A.具有較高的綜合素質(zhì)和職業(yè)操守;
  B.具有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心和安全保密意識(shí)。
  1. Education Background: 
  Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or higher. 
  2. Qualification Requirements: 
  A. Competencies and Personal Attributes: 
  Excellent communication and coordination abilities; strong analytical skills; solid business acumen; customer-focused mindset; logical reasoning capabilities; and proven execution proficiency. 
  B. Learning and Training: 
  a. Required to complete a 3–6 month training program at headquarters covering product-related knowledge and professional technical expertise; 
  b. Understanding of export policies and operational procedures; 
  c. Additional professional knowledge essential for enhancing job-specific competencies. 
  3. Additional Requirements: 
  A. High level of overall competence and adherence to professional ethics; 
  B. Strong sense of responsibility, along with awareness of security and confidentiality protocols.
