Job responsibilities:
Coordinate with factories to collect and conduct item-by-item verification of supply chain-related documents (such as purchase invoices, delivery notes, certificates, business licenses, import documents, etc.), ensuring the information in the documents is authentic, elements are complete, and in line with supply chain compliance standards (e.g., requirements of regulations like FSC and EUTR/EUDR).
Conduct systematic classification and organization of the verified documents, establish ledgers for filing, and accurately upload them to the designated customer system in strict accordance with customer time requirements and operating standards, so as to ensure the efficiency of document circulation and zero data errors.
