1.崗位職責與權限 Job Responsibilities and Authorities
1.1.負責企業(yè)新產(chǎn)品設計研發(fā)工作。

1.2.負責企業(yè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程中技術問題的解決工作。
Be responsible for solving technical problems during the production process of the enterprise's products.
1.3.負責客戶需要過程中技術問題解答。
Be responsible for answering technical questions during the process of customer needs.
1.4.負責企業(yè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程中圖紙和工藝的工作。
Be responsible for the drawings and processes during the production process of the enterprise's products.
1.5.負責新技術培訓和指導，完成技術攻關。
Be responsible for new technology training and guidance, and complete technical breakthroughs.
1.6.統(tǒng)籌安排本部門的工作，更好的服務與產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)。
Coordinate and arrange the work of this department to better serve the production of products.
2.任職條件 Qualifications for the Position
2.1.服從領導的工作安排，有從事本崗位的高度責任感和事業(yè)心。
Obey the work arrangements of the leader, and have a high sense of responsibility and dedication to this position.
2.2.熟悉并掌握本公司產(chǎn)品涉及的標準及更新要求。
Be familiar with and master the standards involved in the company's products and their update requirements.
2.3.具有大專以上文化程度。
Have a college degree or above.
2.4.從事石油機械產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)品設計開發(fā)工作2年以上優(yōu)先。
Have more than 3 years of experience in the design and development of petroleum machinery products.

We are committed to the hard surface treatment technology of tungsten carbide metal coating. It is widely used in high-pressure valve parts and pressure parts of oil pipeline to meet the density, hardness, binding strength and wear-resistant performance required by oil and gas seal. And in accordance with the requirements of the customer field, to solve all kinds of metal manufacturing and processing problems.
