Essential Function(s) 1. Assist buyers with expediting, tracking and updating purchase order details 2. Assist buyers with updating the Open Order report 3. Assist buyers with vendor quote entry 4. Support the purchasing team with administration duties, where applicable 5. Perform other duties as requested by management Required Skills & Experience 1. 1+ years of office or purchasing experience 2. Computer literate 3. Able to communicate in English, written and oral 4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Preferred Skills & Experience 1. Familiar with complex ERP systems 2. Fluent in English
