JOB SUMMARY崗位綜述 :
1.Report to manager of project management, develops and implements project of varying complexity and size in assigned functional area (Level 1& Level 2 project). Partners with business stakeholders to ensure a successful project completion and delivery
匯報(bào)給項(xiàng)目管理部門經(jīng)理,管理,開(kāi)發(fā)并執(zhí)行指定功能板塊中不同復(fù)雜程度和規(guī)模的項(xiàng)目,同時(shí)和業(yè)務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)人通力合作確保項(xiàng)目成功完成和交付。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES崗位關(guān)鍵職責(zé):
1.Responsible for managing, developing and implementing EA R&D assigned project following project management process, and providing qualified project deliverables to customers against project targets and agreed budget as well as schedule signed off in contract.
負(fù)責(zé)研發(fā)中心規(guī)劃的項(xiàng)目,按照項(xiàng)目管理流程管理、開(kāi)發(fā)并執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目,最終按照合同約定的開(kāi)發(fā)目標(biāo),開(kāi)發(fā)費(fèi)用和開(kāi)發(fā)節(jié)點(diǎn),提供按時(shí)保質(zhì)的項(xiàng)目交付。
2.Support account managers understand customer requirements and focus, and help AM driving project business inside to achieve the AOP and sales targets of company level basis
支持客戶經(jīng)理了解客戶端的需求和關(guān)注點(diǎn),為實(shí)現(xiàn)公司層面的銷售目標(biāo)提供驅(qū)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目從客戶端導(dǎo)入的支持
COMPETENCIE 技能要求:
1.Work with internal stakeholders and customers to determine the project scope and delivery objectives. Manage the work scope and monitor the scope change with proactively communication and get agreement with customers and stakeholders for the changes of schedule and budget if have. For VPI project, has the user proficiency plus significant experience in Value Package Profiles (or other appropriate documents), for Non VPI project, have an appropriate scope-defining document (e.g., Statement of Work).
2.Work out project schedule with project team and function leaders, including create a Work Breakdown Structure, how to identify dependencies and critical path, key milestones and activities, scheduling techniques (Gantt, Network Diagram, etc.) and what types of tools are available to facilitate this (MS Project, Excel, etc.).
?Identifying the types of resources required (people, money, and facilities), then working with functional managers to obtain commitments for those resources, and then finally tracking the delivery of those resources. Keep functional manager generally involved in resource management by developing the resources, allocating resources to the requested tasks, and then holding the resources accountable to the work. Tied resource to the schedule plans and monitors project budget, conducts research and analysis.
3.Identify project risks/issues with project team as well as extended support including having led a team in the development of a project FMEA and/or 9-box project risk summary, quantifying the impacts to the project, identifying options/scenarios to rebalance the magic triangle, identifying/recommending the best option, obtaining appropriate approval, following-up on the countermeasures and action items to implement.
4.Maintains project notes, databases, and other records, including version control and storage of documents.
5.Monitors, regularly communicates project status with project sponsor as well as key stakeholders and customers, and meanwhile provides feedback to project team. Guides and coaches team members through various stages of the project.
