崗位職責(zé):
1. 制定并實(shí)施公司人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,為公司的持續(xù)發(fā)展和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)提供人力支持
2. 構(gòu)建和完善人力資源管理體系,推動(dòng)組織效能提升
3. 設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化人才招聘、培訓(xùn)、績(jī)效、薪酬及員工關(guān)系等模塊,確保公司人才隊(duì)伍的優(yōu)化配置
4. 參與公司重大決策,從人力資源角度提供專業(yè)意見和決策支持
5. 維護(hù)公司雇主品牌,塑造良好的企業(yè)文化
崗位要求:
1. 人力資源相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷,10年以上人力資源管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中至少5年以上人力資源總監(jiān)崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. 熟悉現(xiàn)代企業(yè)人力資源管理模式和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有出色的人力資源規(guī)劃、組織變革和團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)能力
3. 具備戰(zhàn)略思維和業(yè)務(wù)洞察力,能夠與公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展緊密結(jié)合
4. 卓越的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及解決問題能力,能夠承受工作壓力
5. 有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、高新技術(shù)行業(yè)或大型跨國(guó)企業(yè)工作背景者優(yōu)先考慮
Job Responsibilities:?

- 1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field, with 10+ years of HR management experience, including minimum 5 years as HR Director.

- 3.Strategic mindset and business acumen to align HR initiatives with corporate growth.
- 4.Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- 5.Preferred candidates have experience in internet, high-tech industries, or multinational corporations.
