Ocean Export Operation 海運出口操作
JOB PURPOSE

Communicated with client and monitor operations to make sure the customer satisfactory maximize profitability, cost efficient operations.
及時和客戶保持溝通并安排海運出口事宜，操作及安排整個海運出口的相關事宜， 和船公司/訂艙代理/車隊/報關行 保持聯(lián)系安排具體事宜，控制每票貨物的收入和成本,為客戶提供優(yōu)質，高效，滿意的服務。

Functional Responsibility 你的工作職責：

1. Receive booking from suppliers/shippers/sales etc , make booking instruction to operation ,Send pre-alert and invoice接收客戶托書，根據(jù)指示操作安排海運出口事宜，貨物出運后發(fā)送相關單據(jù)和費用
   
2. Timely communicate and maintain good relationship with client 與客戶保持實時有效的溝通
   
3. Place booking to carrier, and arrange trucking/warehousing/delivery,follow cargo track負責海運出口貨物操作，如訂艙,配載及跟蹤
   
4. Send manifest & SI to carrier/booking angency 及時發(fā)送艙單及SI
   
5. Key in shipment record in system 系統(tǒng)錄入
   
6. Check BL information with supplier & issue 提單的核對和簽發(fā)
   
7. Cfm local charge with supplier & issue invoice 起運港費用的確認和***
   
8. Control the income,double check the cost list from agency/trucking broker/warehouse monthly 控制收入，符合月賬單成本
   
9. Control cost and invoice local charge to supplier accoding to the company standard charge成本費用的申請及控制
   
10. Proactively work to reduce risk and potential claims.有預見性地減少風險和投訴
    
11. Work with customers ， vendors and other related parties to improve our performance and service.和客戶，供應商和其他部門保持持續(xù)溝通，以提高日常工作質量和服務水平。
    
12. Ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI met.保證為客戶提供良好的服務
    
13. Follow other instruction from Leader 上級安排的其他工作
