崗位職責(zé)
1.市場與競品分析:持續(xù)跟蹤行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)與競品動(dòng)態(tài),為產(chǎn)品策略提供依據(jù);
Market and Competitive Analysis: Continuously track industry and competitor trends to support product strategy decisions.
2.用戶需求挖掘:通過各種方式,構(gòu)建用戶畫像,梳理核心痛點(diǎn),形成需求池并定期更新;
User Needs Discovery: Utilize various research methods to build user personas, identify core pain points, and maintain an updated demand pool.
3.商業(yè)目標(biāo)對(duì)齊:結(jié)合公司戰(zhàn)略,將市場需求與商業(yè)目標(biāo)結(jié)合,明確產(chǎn)品核心價(jià)值主張,輸出 BRD,論證產(chǎn)品可行性。
Business Alignment: Align market needs with company strategy and business objectives; define core product value propositions, produce BRDs, and validate product feasibility.
4.產(chǎn)品路線圖制定:基于需求池與商業(yè)目標(biāo),規(guī)劃產(chǎn)品中長期(1-3 年)與短期(季度 / 月度)迭代路線圖,明確各版本核心功能、里程碑節(jié)點(diǎn)與資源需求;
Product Roadmap Planning: Based on the demand pool and business goals, plan medium- to long-term (1–3 years) and short-term (quarterly/monthly) product roadmaps; define key features, milestones, and resource requirements for each release.
5.需求定義與原型設(shè)計(jì):將篩選后的高優(yōu)先級(jí)需求轉(zhuǎn)化為 PRD,明確功能規(guī)格、交互邏輯、性能指標(biāo)與驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn);組織需求評(píng)審會(huì),收集研發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)、測試團(tuán)隊(duì)意見并優(yōu)化;
Requirement Definition and Prototype Design: Convert prioritized requirements into PRDs, define functional specifications, interaction logic, performance metrics, and acceptance criteria; organize requirement review meetings to gather feedback from R&D, design, and testing teams for optimization.
6.跨部門協(xié)作推進(jìn):作為產(chǎn)品負(fù)責(zé)人,拉通研發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)、運(yùn)營、市場等跨部門團(tuán)隊(duì),明確各角色職責(zé)與時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn),解決開發(fā)過程中的需求變更、技術(shù)障礙等問題,確保產(chǎn)品按計(jì)劃上線。
Cross-functional Collaboration: As the product owner, coordinate teams across R&D, design, operations, and marketing; define responsibilities and schedules, resolve requirement changes or technical issues during development, and ensure on-time product delivery.
任職資格
1.985/211 本科及以上學(xué)歷,航空器設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)、軟件工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
2.具備跨學(xué)科背景者,在需求分析與商業(yè)決策維度可優(yōu)先考量。
Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds will be given preference, especially those skilled in requirements analysis and business decision-making.
3.3 年及以上產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),需完整參與至少 1 款產(chǎn)品從 0 到 1 或從 1 到 N 的迭代過程;
At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with full participation in at least one product lifecycle—from 0 to 1 or from 1 to N iteration.
4.有模擬機(jī)行業(yè)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
Experience in the simulator industry is a plus.
5.具備項(xiàng)目支持經(jīng)驗(yàn),曾主導(dǎo)過跨部門協(xié)作項(xiàng)目者優(yōu)先。
Experience in project management, especially in leading cross-functional collaboration projects, is preferred.
