About the Role 職位概述
As a key member of the front-line sales team in the fragrance industry, you will be responsible for customer relationship management, business development, and project coordination. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal departments including creation, evaluation, and production — driving fragrance projects from concept to commercialization.
This position requires strong market insight, communication, and project execution skills, along with a deep understanding of fragrance applications in Air Care categories.
Key Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
· Develop and execute sales plans — Formulate annual sales goals and action strategies based on company objectives and customer needs.
· Manage existing clients and drive new business growth — Build long-term partnerships and identify new market opportunities.
· Market insight and trend analysis — Track market movements, competitor activity, and product innovations to support business decisions.
· Cross-functional coordination — Collaborate with evaluators, perfumers, regulatory, and operations teams to ensure smooth project progress from sampling to testing.
· Sales performance and profit management — Achieve sales and profit targets and profits.
· Reporting and communication — Prepare weekly work plans and summaries for management review, continuously optimizing client strategies.
· Internal collaboration — Coordinate closely with evaluators, customer services and operations to ensure timely response for projects & sample delivery .
· Other duties as assigned — Support additional responsibilities as required by management.
Requirements 任職要求
· 3–5 years of proven experience in the fragrance industry, with successful track records in sales or marketing; familiarity with Home Air Care segments preferred.
· Strong project management and communication skills, with good understanding of fragrance development processes.
· Excellent market insight and business acumen.
· Proficient in Office and ERP systems, capable of handling data analysis and reporting.
· Fluent English communication skills; ability to collaborate with global teams is an advantage.
· Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
· Willing to travel domestically and internationally, with a global mindset and strong teamwork spirit.
