崗位職責(zé) / Responsibilities
  - 回復(fù)亞馬遜客戶留言及 Gmail 郵件,及時解決客戶問題;
 Respond to Amazon customer messages and Gmail emails in a timely manner.
 
- 對接美國本地物流、銀行及跨境平臺事務(wù)(亞馬遜、Wayfair、獨立站等);
 Coordinate with US local logistics, banks, and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, etc.).
 
- 協(xié)助團隊處理售后與跨境溝通,提升客戶滿意度。
 Support the team in after-sales service and cross-border communication to improve customer satisfaction.
 
任職要求 / Requirements
  - 有美國生活、學(xué)習(xí)或工作經(jīng)歷,熟悉美國客戶溝通習(xí)慣;
 Experience living, studying, or working in the US, with understanding of US customer communication style.
 
- 英語讀寫熟練,具備基本商務(wù)溝通能力(口語加分);
 Proficiency in written English, basic business communication skills (spoken English is a plus).
 
- 年齡 22–40 歲,本科及以上學(xué)歷優(yōu)先;
 Aged 22–40, Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
 
- 工作認真細致,責(zé)任心強,溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力好;
 Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong in communication & coordination.
 
- 有電商客服或跨境電商經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先(無經(jīng)驗可培訓(xùn))。
 Previous experience in e-commerce customer service or cross-border e-commerce is preferred (training provided for beginners).
 
工作時間 / Working Hours
  - 每周 40 小時,按照美國中部時間安排;
 40 hours per week, following US Central Time (CST).
 
- 包含部分周末時段,白天可靈活安排。
 Includes some weekend shifts, flexible daytime scheduling.
