Job description崗位職責(zé)：
1、 Support BU manager in social media management (Wechat/Little Red Book/Weibo and other brands’ digital communication channels) including contents creation and development and planning, post creation & release, data ********** & ********
協(xié)助微信公眾號(hào)、微博、小紅書等社交賬號(hào)內(nèi)容產(chǎn)出與運(yùn)營(yíng)；
2、 Support briefing and following up on collaborations with third parties(KOL/KOC)
協(xié)助部門主管處理KOC/KOL合作事宜
3、 Creatively contribute on bringing ideas and potential innovations to our ongoing digital communications for both online and offline events
協(xié)助線上線下活動(dòng)相關(guān)支持
4、 Support daily administrative works and other ad-hocs
協(xié)助處理日常行政類工作和緊急事宜

Qualification任職要求：
1. Bachelor Degree or above. 3rd or 4th Grade university student is preferred. Must have a minimum onsite attendance of 4 days per week from Monday to Friday. Able to commit for at least 6 months.
在校大三或大四年級(jí)學(xué)生，至少實(shí)習(xí)6個(gè)月，每周至少4天；
2. Good interpersonal and communication skill. Able to work independently and meet deadlines ontime. Positive, eager to learn and willing to take up new duties. Previous experience in social media operation is preferred.
具有良好的溝通表達(dá)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神，有較強(qiáng)的文字功底和一定的審美能力； 有社交媒體運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
3. Proficient in operating image and video editing tools as well as Microsoft Office
熟練使用社交媒體排版、剪輯工具和辦公軟件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PS）；
4. Fluent in Mandarin and English. CET-4 is a must.
英語(yǔ)四級(jí)以上，有較強(qiáng)的中英文表述能力。
5. We are open to different backgrounds. Those who majored in marketing, media and communication, or graphic design are preferred。
