o 負(fù)責(zé)越南區(qū)域經(jīng)銷商招募、評估與發(fā)展,建?從 0 到 1 的本地伙伴
?態(tài)體系。
o 推動?友 BIP、YonSuite 等核?產(chǎn)品的渠道化銷售與解決?案落地。
o 參與制定越南區(qū)域伙伴政策、價格體系及激勵機(jī)制,提升渠道活躍
度與忠誠度。
? Channel Expansion & Ecosystem Building
o Recruit, evaluate, and develop Value-Added Resellers (VARs) in
Vietnam to establish a local partner ecosystem from scratch.
o Drive channel sales and localized implementation of Yonyou Cloud,
ERP, YonSuite, and U9Cloud solutions.
o Participate in designing regional partner policies, pricing structures,
and incentive programs to enhance partner engagement and
loyalty.
2. 伙伴賦能與業(yè)績提升
o 指導(dǎo)并?持經(jīng)銷商進(jìn)?市場推?、項(xiàng)?銷售、售前咨詢及客戶管理。
o 定期組織伙伴培訓(xùn)(銷售、產(chǎn)品、實(shí)施等),提升其獨(dú)?交付和市
場拓展能?。
o 通過共建項(xiàng)?、聯(lián)合市場活動,推動伙伴實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)績增?和持續(xù)盈利。
? Partner Enablement & Performance Growth
o Guide and support partners in marketing, project sales, presales
consulting, and customer engagement.
o Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales, and
implementation to strengthen partners’ delivery capabilities.
o Co-develop projects and joint marketing activities to drive revenue
growth and sustainable profitability.
3. 區(qū)域市場與渠道管理
o 建?區(qū)域渠道檔案,監(jiān)控銷售進(jìn)度與市場份額,定期分析區(qū)域市場動態(tài)。
o 協(xié)調(diào)總部與本地資源,解決渠道業(yè)務(wù)問題,提升合作滿意度。
o 推動重點(diǎn)?業(yè)、重點(diǎn)客戶的聯(lián)合拓展,形成標(biāo)桿項(xiàng)?。
? Regional Market & Channel Operations
o Maintain a detailed partner database, monitor sales performance,
and analyze regional market trends.
o Coordinate between headquarters and local teams to resolve
business challenges and ensure partner satisfaction.
o Jointly develop strategic industries and key accounts to create
success stories and benchmark projects.
任職要求 / Qualifications
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,3 年以上軟件產(chǎn)品銷售或渠道開發(fā)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in software
product sales or channel development.
2. 熟悉越南 ICT 或企業(yè)數(shù)字化市場,對 ERP、云服務(wù)、CRM 等有基礎(chǔ)了解;
Familiar with Vietnam’s ICT or enterprise digitalization market, with
basic knowledge of ERP, Cloud, or CRM solutions.
3. 具備良好的溝通、談判與商務(wù)拓展能?,能在多?化環(huán)境下協(xié)調(diào)資源;
Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills
with cross-cultural collaboration ability.
4. 有軟件代理商資源、云?態(tài)合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或國際?商渠道背景者優(yōu)先;
Preferred candidates have experience with software resellers, cloud
ecosystem cooperation, or international vendor channels.
5. 具備較強(qiáng)的抗壓能?和?驅(qū)?,能適應(yīng)頻繁出差;
Resilient and self-motivated, Able to adapt to frequent business trips.
