職位描述

機械設(shè)備安裝/調(diào)試維修/保養(yǎng)
崗位職責(zé):
1)設(shè)計、安裝、調(diào)試自動化設(shè)備，編寫技術(shù)文檔（BOM、操作手冊）。
Design, install, and commission automation equipment; draft technical documentation (BOM, manuals).
2)評估設(shè)備能力精度與工藝要求的可行性；
Evaluate the equipment accuracy and process requirement feasibility;
3)跟蹤產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)，監(jiān)控設(shè)備的穩(wěn)定性；
Track product quality and monitor equipment stability;
4)獨立分析拆解及維修三軸、五軸點膠機、激光焊接機及壓機等等；
Analyze and disassemble independently 3-axis glue dispensing machine ,5-axis glue dispensing machine, laser welding machine and pressing machine, etc;
5)獨立跟進設(shè)備及相關(guān)組裝制程；
Follow up equipment and related assembly process independently;
6)對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和設(shè)備停機時間立即做出響應(yīng)；
Make immediate action for equipment DT and product quality issue;
7)新設(shè)備選型，技術(shù)協(xié)議擬定，設(shè)備安裝、調(diào)試和驗收管理；
Be responsible on new equipment selection , technical agreement drafting , equipment installation adjustment and buyoff management;
8)負(fù)責(zé)編制設(shè)備保養(yǎng)要求及設(shè)備管理規(guī)劃；
Be responsible for revising equipment maintenance and equipment management plan;
9)負(fù)責(zé)新設(shè)備選型及技術(shù)規(guī)范的信息收集；
Be responsible for new equipment selection and information collection of technology specification;
10)對設(shè)備故障組織維修及故障分析，做好預(yù)防措施；
Coordinate team for maintenance and analysis of equipment failure, take preventive actions;
11)設(shè)備相關(guān)文件審核及WI編制；
Review related equipment documents and revise WI ;
12)供應(yīng)商管理及跟進項目進度.
Be responsible on supplier management and follow up project schedule.
13)設(shè)備及夾具DFM review，推動設(shè)計變更改善。
Be responsible on DFM review of equipment and fixture , push design change improvement.
任職要求:
1)本科及以上學(xué)歷，自動化、電氣工程、機械電子、機電一體化等相關(guān)專業(yè), 24屆或25屆海內(nèi)外畢業(yè)生；
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields, graduates of 2024 or 2025 from home and abroad;
2)熟悉自動化設(shè)備原理（PLC、工業(yè)機器人、伺服系統(tǒng)、傳感器、HMI等）。
Proficient in automation equipment principles (PLC, industrial robots, servo systems, sensors, HMIs, etc.)
3)熟悉電氣控制設(shè)計（電路圖、接線圖、電氣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如IEC/GB）；
Proficient in electrical control design (circuit diagrams, wiring schematics, standards like IEC/GB).
4)了解機械傳動、氣動/液壓系統(tǒng)（能參與機械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計或優(yōu)化）；
Knowledge of mechanical transmission/pneumatic-hydraulic systems (ability to contribute to mechanical design/optimization).‘
5)熟悉自動化線體機構(gòu)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗；
Be familiar with automation production line structure ,with related experience;
6)熟練使用CAD（如AutoCAD、SolidWorks）、PLC編程軟件（如西門子TIA、三菱GX Works）；
Hands-on experience with CAD (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and PLC programming tools (e.g., Siemens TIA, Mitsubishi GX Works).
7)了解機器視覺（如Halcon、Cognex）;
Machine vision (e.g., Halcon, Cognex);
8)熟悉工業(yè)通信協(xié)議（Modbus、Profibus、EtherCAT等）;
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, EtherCAT, etc.);
9)工作自主，有較強的學(xué)習(xí)能力，思路清晰.較強的表達和溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力;
Be able to work independently , have the ability of strong learning , clear thinking , good expression , good communication coordination;
10)如項目需求，可以接受國內(nèi)外出差安排，特殊情況下單次出差時間可能不小于2個月;
If the project needs, can accept domestic and foreign travel arrangements, special circumstances a single trip time may not be less than 2 months;
11)熟練工作中的基本英語，能夠用英語進行有效的口語溝通.
Good skill on basic working English, can communicate effectively with spoken English.
