1. Develop an annual supply chain target master work plan based on the company's management objectives and tasks, and coordinate the implementation of various work arrangements
Establish and optimize supply chain (PMC, procurement and warehouse) management system and workflow
2. Responsible for departmental personnel training, work allocation, guidance and inspection, performance management, and other related tasks;
3. Coordinate working relationships with various departments and external suppliers
4. Responsible for reviewing material application plans and internal production plans, grading and adjusting ITO inventory turnover data
5. Guide, handle, coordinate, and resolve issues that arise during the PMC work process to ensure the normal operation of the PMC team.
6. Responsible for supplier development and organizing supplier reviews
7. Responsible for investigating the material market, mastering information such as material prices, alternative materials, and market supply conditions, and formulating annual goals and plans to reduce the company's procurement costs
8. Carefully supervise and inspect the procurement process of each purchaser, and evaluate their work
