Main responsibilities
Story Development and Planning:
Participate in the pre-project conceptualization and propose original story ideas with market potential and artistic value.
Based on established IPs, literary works, or story outlines, conduct creative ideation for film and television adaptation.
Independently or collaboratively complete detailed story outlines, character biographies, and episode/scene outlines.
Script writing and refinement:
Independently complete the scriptwriting of specified projects (such as TV dramas, movies, web dramas, etc.) in strict accordance with industry standard formats.
Create dialogues and scenes that are consistent with the characters' personalities, rich in dramatic tension, and life-like.
Possesses excellent revision capabilities, can actively listen to feedback from producers, directors, and the team, and conduct multiple rounds of efficient script revisions and optimizations.
Teamwork and Communication:
Maintain close communication with team members such as directors, planners, and literary editors, and clearly articulate the creative concept.
Participate in script seminars, possess good listening and communication skills, and be able to absorb and integrate effective suggestions.
